metrowall panels are 100% waterproof, with a highperformance surface and specifically manufactured core. You can be safe in the knowledge that your wall panels will not swell or otherwise deteriorate.

Each panel measures 2440 x 1220 x 4.8mm. metrowall can easily be cut on site using standard woodworking tools and no re-sealing is required.

Bonding to the walls can be achieved using our combined adhesive and sealant which can also be used in combination with our range of décor matched trims.

Where panelling is more than a 2 panel ‘L’ or 3 panel ‘U’, TAG is the perfect solution.

The TAG profile is machined on each side of the panel – male on one side and female on the other. Panels are simply offered together at a slight angle (approximately 10 degrees) and the join is complete.

In sealing the panels you are simply protecting the wall. Sealant can be applied behind the panels on the joint line or in the joint itself. Color matched TopSeal gives a neat finish and can help to disguise any minor visible joint line.

A full suite of trims is available in co-ordinating décors to ensure your chosen colourway flows throughout. Internal and external corners keep the joint neat and will also help to compensate if your walls are not completely square. The ‘H’ joint plays a similar role if you are putting two panels side by side.

Finally – to tidy up ends, the end cap is the trim of choice. For some installations trims may not be needed. The cut edge of metrowall is completely waterproof and can easily be trimmed and profiled or just sanded to a tidy finish. Similarly, two straight edges can be butted together while the panels are being bonded to the wall.
